l’éducation nationale sur la pérennisation par décret du forfait
hebdomadaire de trois heures pour le sport scolaire. Les
professeurs d’EPS participent aux actions d’éducation en assurant
deux missions indissociables pour lesquelles ils ont été recrutés :
l’enseignement d’éducation physique et sportive et l’animation du
sport scolaire. Leur service est réparti entre les cours d’EPS et
le sport scolaire pour lequel ils disposent d’un forfait horaire
hebdomadaire de trois heures dans leur service. Pourtant, certaines
décisions locales viennent fragiliser le sport scolaire en mettant
en cause ce forfait de trois heures (nombre de jeunes professeurs
d’EPS titulaires de zone de remplacement en sont privés). Il semble
donc urgent à ce que paraisse un nouveau décret confirmant et
pérennisant le forfait de trois heures consacré au sport scolaire
dans le service hebdomadaire de tous les enseignants d’EPS, comme
s’y était engagé le Président de la République pendant la campagne
électorale. Il l’appelle à pérenniser par décret le forfait de
trois heures consacré au sport scolaire dans le service de tous les
enseignants d’EPS.
